1. Once your online registration has been completed, registration is confirmed, and cancellation policies will apply. You will receive an electronic invoice upon completion of the registration process. Please ensure that you comply with your employer’s procurement procedures. Any outstanding fees not paid by your employer will be for your own pocket.
2. Registration will close on Friday 20 August 2021. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Registered participants whose payment has not been received will not be allowed to attend the event. Delegates are requested to email proof of payment to conference@carlamani.com
3. Substitute delegates are allowed until 20 August 2021. The name of the substitute delegate should be provided to the organisers in writing which will be confirmed as a replacement by the organisers.
4. Cancellations for virtual attendance will be accepted until Monday 16 August 2021 and should be made in writing to the Organisers. An admin fee of R500 will apply. No refund will be made for cancellations after this date and the registration fee will remain liable.
5. Bank charges must be supported by the participant.
